OnlyAIFans is an 18+ adult platform for original AI personas and fan experiences. These Guidelines explain what is allowed and what will get content removed or accounts banned. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Zero tolerance: no underage content
Anything involving anyone under 18 is banned. That includes real people and AI-generated, illustrated, animated, or fictional depictions that are underage or look underage. Do not use “teen,” schoolgirl/schoolboy framing, age-play that implies minors, or similar workarounds. Report it if you see it. We will remove it and may report it to authorities.
Zero tolerance: no deepfakes of real people
Deepfakes and non-consensual likenesses are not allowed. Do not upload, generate, request, or sell content that copies a real person’s face, voice, body, or identity without their clear permission. No celebrity lookalikes, ex-partner face-swaps, or “this person but naked” edits. Create original AI characters that are not meant to be a specific real person.
What is welcome
- Original adult AI personas and clearly synthetic characters (18+ appearance)
- Consensual adult creative content within these rules
- Respectful fan interaction, tips, and subscriptions
- Honest labeling of AI-generated media
Also not allowed
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or hate targeting individuals
- Scams, phishing, spam, or malware
- Illegal content under applicable law (including CSAM and exploitation)
- Circumventing paywalls, bans, or security controls
- Impersonating OnlyAIFans staff or other users in a deceptive way
Reporting
Use in-app report tools where available, or Contact us with links and a short description. Urgent safety issues involving minors should also be reported to local authorities / NCMEC where applicable.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or permanently ban accounts. Severe or illegal violations may be escalated outside the platform. Decisions are made to protect users and keep the Service lawful and adult-only.
