This Privacy Policy explains how OnlyAIFans (“OnlyAIFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use onlyaifans.ai and related services (the “Service”). 1. Who we are
OnlyAIFans is an adult (18+) platform for AI creator personas and related fan experiences. Contact: onlyaifans.ai/contact.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Email address, username, password (hashed by our auth provider), display name, bio, avatar, account type (fan/creator), and settings you choose.
Profile and content. Posts, media, messages, comments, applications, tips, and other content you submit.
Transaction data. Subscription and purchase records, wallet activity, and limited payment metadata from our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
Security and authentication. If you enable phone two-factor authentication, we process your phone number and related verification events through our auth and SMS providers.
Technical data. IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar identifiers, referral URLs, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
Communications. Messages you send via Contact or support channels.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse
- Process subscriptions, unlocks, tips, and related billing
- Moderate content and enforce our Terms (including bans on underage content and deepfakes)
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
- Analyze aggregate usage to improve product quality and safety
4. Sharing
We share information with:
- Service providers such as hosting, database/auth (e.g. Supabase), email, SMS (e.g. Twilio when phone 2FA is used), analytics, and payment processors, under contracts that limit use to providing services to us
- Other users, to the extent your profile, posts, or public activity are meant to be visible on the Service
- Legal and safety partners when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to report suspected illegal content (including child sexual abuse material)
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood for cash purchase of contact lists.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security (including “remember this device” for 2FA when you opt in), preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some cookies may break login or features.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations. We may retain limited records after account deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, or law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials via our auth provider). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure.
8. Age and sensitive content
OnlyAIFans is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. The Service may include adult sexual content among adult AI personas; it is not intended for minors. We prohibit underage content and deepfakes of real people as described in our Terms.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us via Contact to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. Some data must be kept for legal or operational reasons.
10. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own.
11. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
